We make our way to our hotel in Nuremberg for our overnight stay, with an en-route stop in the picturesque town of Rüdesheim am Rhein. We take time to wander the charming streets and enjoy some lunch at your leisure before we travel down the Rhine Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage site of beautiful landscapes, vineyards and breathtaking views of the river winding through the hills.

This morning, we make our way to our hotel in Prague, stopping en route in Plzeň, the birthplace of Pilsner beer. Wander through the Old Town of pastel-coloured townhouses and grand squares, and visit St. Bartholomew's Gothic Cathedral and enjoy some lunch (not included) before continuing on with our journey.
Later on, we take a guided city tour of Prague, the Czech Republic's atmospheric capital. Highlights include the imposing Charles Bridge and the Old Town Square, famous for its ancient buildings such as the Old Town Hall with its Astronomical Clock that has been keeping time since 1410.

After breakfast, we head to Prague Castle, perched high above the city and reckoned to be the largest ancient castle in the world. The fortress is a magnificent complex that has served as the seat of power for Czech kings, emperors and presidents, with an interior rich in art and historic artefacts.
This afternoon, we have an early dinner before making our way to the O2 Arena Prague for the spectacular André Rieu concert. The violin maestro will perform his most celebrated waltzes, along with other spellbinding classical music, plus a surprise or two! After the show, we rejoin the coach and return to the hotel.

This morning we visit Vyšehrad, a historic fortress in the heart of Prague which dates back to the 10th century and once served as a seat of power for Czech rulers. With its scenic parks, lovely skyline views and labyrinth of narrow streets, the complex is perfect for a leisurely stroll. We take in the beautiful Basilica of St. Peter and St. Paul, the tranquil gardens and the Vyšehrad Cemetery, where many famous Czech figures are buried.
Next, we take to the water and meander down the Vltava River on a relaxing lunch cruise, admiring Prague and its famous monuments from a different perspective.
After an exciting day, we enjoy a farewell dinner together at the hotel this evening.

We check out of our hotel in Prague and make our way to Dresden, where we stay overnight. During our guided panoramic coach tour, we explore the architectural beauty of the capital of Saxony and learn more about its history. The tour takes us through the city's vibrant streets, allowing us to admire the stunning Baroque and Renaissance buildings. Key highlights include the iconic Frauenkirche, the Semper Opera House and the Zwinger Palace.

On our way to the Dortmund area, we make an en-route stop in Kassel for lunch and a chance to stretch your legs. With plenty of dining options, enjoy the local cuisine before continuing on our journey.

Continue to Calais for our return ferry home, stopping in the picturesque city of Lille for lunch under your own arrangements.
