Join us as we head to our Ava Travel customer favourite seaside town of Llandudno for our North Wales Cosy Break Tour with a drinks package included. Blow away the cobwebs as you walk along the curved Victorian promenade or just enjoy the period charm as you spend free time exploring the Welsh seaside gem. During our stay we visit historic Caernarfon dominated by its 13th century castle and UNESCO World Heritage Site, take a panoramic drive through the Snowdonia National Park with stops in picturesque Betws-y-Coed and colourful Llanberis. A great Welsh tour to chase away those winter blues.
Itinerary
Monday
Depart Leyland at 10.00am for our journey to Llandudno with a suitable lunch stop en-route.
Tuesday
Long half day tour - following breakfast travel along the coast to Caernarfon home of Wales' most famous 13th century castle and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, wander the town's narrow streets leading to the stylish waterfront. Perhaps visit some of the town centres brightly coloured shops and cafes on Castle Square.
Wednesday
Today is a free day to relax, explore and enjoy the delights of Llandudno, the choice is yours, don't forget to head back to the hotel for 15:00 for tea/coffee and scones
Thursday
Full day Tour - Take a scenic drive through the magnificent Snowdonia National Park with stops in Betws-y-Coed, Wales' most popular inland resort in a beautiful valley in the Snowdonia Forest Park and colourful Llanberis in an area of rugged beauty, Llanberis is a truly impressive place steeped in history.
Friday
Check out of our hotel following breakfast for our return journey home with a suitable lunch stop en-route
