Join us as we head to Sidmouth, the gateway to the Jurassic Coast for our Jurassic Coastal Charm Tour. Soak up the timeless charm of this unique Regency town surrounded by beautiful countryside and the red cliffs famous for their geological features and fossils. Journey to the heart of the Jurassic World Heritage Site with a visit to Seaton to enjoy stunning view across Lyme Bay. Enjoy a leisurely River Exe Cruise surrounded by the stunning scenery, wildlife and nature of the Exe Estuary. Take a walk down ‘Memory Lane’ on a fun visit to the World of County Life. Discover historic Exeter on a wonderful, guided tour of Devon’s County town. Don’t miss out on this wonderful tour to discover Devon’s stunning Jurassic Coast, towns and countryside.
Itinerary
Friday
Depart Leyland at 08.00hrs for our journey to Sidmouth with a suitable lunch stop en-route.

Saturday
Free morning in Sidmouth allowing time for lunch, in the afternoon meet the coach back at the hotel for an afternoon journey to the heart of the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site to visit the seaside town of Seaton, enjoy free time exploring, perhaps take a journey on the heritage Seaton Tramway or take a stroll along the front with beach views overlooking Lyme Bay, or visit Seaton's Wetland Nature Reserve, with shops and cafes along the way.
It's a pleasant place to spend an afternoon on the Jurassic Coast.

Sunday
Today we travel through the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty to Exmouth where we take a leisurely River Exe Cruise, the best way to see the stunning scenery, nature and wildlife of the Exe Estuary with a visit the World of Country Life Museum in Exmouth. A magical trip of days gone by, take a stroll down Memory Lane, the museums Victorian street complete with thatched cottage, there's a farming museum and a vintage vehicle museum to discover, why not take a deer train safari to feed the deer from the land-train, don't forget to take time out for a cuppa or a cake in Farmer Lee's.

Monday
Today's excursion takes us to Exeter with a Red Coat guided tour of this wonderful historic city followed by free time to explore, allowing time for lunch, before we return to the hotel for free time in Sidmouth.

Tuesday
Check out of our hotel following breakfast with a suitable lunch stop en-route.
