Itinerary
Tewkesbury
Enjoy some free time to relax and explore in the medieval town of Tewkesbury, with its beautiful waterside setting and imposing 900-year-old Abbey where we include a visit (please note entry is free but donations are welcome). The twice-weekly traditional market will be taking place, located in the main town centre car park for more than 40 years.

Sudeley Castle
We include entry to Sudeley Castle & Gardens, nestled in the Cotswold Hills in the historic town of Winchcombe. Sudeley is the only privately owned home in England to have a Queen (Katherine Parr, Henry VIII's sixth and last wife) buried within the grounds. Explore the Castle rooms, where refurbished exhibitions tell the story of Sudeley's royal past, see the romantic ruins and award-winning gardens, and uncover 1000 years of fascinating history. There is also a restaurant on-site serving delicious lunches, a café, gift shop, and Pheasantry.

Chavenage House
We include entry to Chavenage House, a wonderful Elizabethan manor house of mellow Cotswold stone, virtually unchanged for 400 years. Inside Chavenage there are many interesting rooms, especially the 17th-century tapestries. A popular filming location, the property is instantly recognisable as Poldark's family home 'Trenwith' from the successful BBC remake. Stars to have graced the house include Oscar-winning Eddie Redmayne, Jamie Dornan, the late Warren Clarke, and Aidan Turner.
