We board our Mountain Goat minibus tour for a full-day adventure off the beaten track. Our day includes a ride on a narrow-gauge heritage train ride, a chance to see England's deepest lake and visit to the grounds of the 14th Century Muncaster Castle.

Enter the world of Dame Judi Dench and Johnny Depp on this new excursion to the beautifully restored Bassenthwaite Lake Station. Here you can enjoy a selection of sandwiches, sweets & savouries in the very train that appears in the 2017 film adaptation of Agatha Christie's 'Murder on the Orient Express.' The romantic ambience and art-deco features of this stationary carriage café make this a truly unique dining experience for locomotive lovers, film enthusiasts and foodies alike!
