Sit back and relax as we spend a day exploring the Trossachs, taking a scenic drive over the spectacular Duke's Pass to Loch Katrine. Here you can enjoy a cruise along the length of Loch Katrine.

Falkirk Wheel
We take a spin on the famous Falkirk Wheel, the world's only rotating boat lift! The lift connects the Union Canal with the Forth & Clyde and is one of the Scotland's most exciting examples of 21st century engineering.

Bo'Ness Kinneil Rail
We head to the Bo'Ness and Kinneil Railway for a relaxing journey along the shores of the River Forth. Admire the beautiful scenery from the comfort of your historic carriage whilst enjoying an included Afternoon Tea served on board. The railway is a popular film location; filming includes Case Histories and The Secret Agent for the BBC, Ken Loach's The Angels' Share, Cloud Atlas and The Railway Man.

Rail & Oban
You can enjoy a rail journey from Glasgow to Oban on the West Highland Line, one of Scotland' most scenic rail routes, with time to explore Oban before we return to the hotel.

Lomond Shores
We spend a day exploring Loch Lomond with a stop at Lomond Shores for some retail therapy, followed by a cruise on the Loch to discover its hidden islands and stunning landscapes.The Winnock Hotel, Drymen
This family run hotel is located in the pretty village of Drymen and offers a high standard of accommodation, cosy lounges with log fires, traditional bars and a restaurant. All bedrooms are en-suite and have telephone, TV, and tea/coffee making facilities. This hotel does not have a lift, however, ground floor bedrooms may be available on request. Please note: ground floor bedrooms are in an annexed building and accessible via a cobbled courtyard.
