This 2-mile sand and shingle beach is popular with holidaymakers with its impressive pier, wide Victorian promenade and traditional seaside activities. West Shore is a beautiful sandy beach and is the quieter of the two beaches in the town. It faces Conwy Bay and is a favourite with kite-flyers and kite-surfers, as well as being the perfect spot for viewing spectacular sunsets.

Llandudno is located close to Snowdonia National Park, the oldest and largest of the three National Parks in Wales.
