Itinerary
Arrival Day: After joining the coach via one of our departure points or our executive door2door service, you will be introduced to your professional driver and whisked away in comfort to Hopton on Sea. We aim to arrive between 3-4pm so that you can relax before your evening meal and settle down for your first night.
Full Day Excursion: After breakfast we board the coach and journey south to some of the finest attractions that Suffolk has to offer. Our first stop is Aldeburgh, a beautiful and unspoilt coastal town renowned for its Blue Flag shingle beach and pretty fisherman huts where freshly caught fish is sold. Stroll along the promenade and marvel at the pastel coloured 19th century villas, or enjoy a spot of lunch from the best fish and chip shop in the UK. After lunch, we head north once more and take in many stunning views as we journey through the Suffolk Coast National Nature Reserve to Southwold, a quintessential English seaside resort that is almost an island, due to its location between the North Sea and the River Blyth. Southwold boasts many traditional visitor attractions including a working lighthouse, busy harbour, pretty beaches lined with beach huts and an award winning pier.
Free Day in Resort: Free time to enjoy the plentiful facilities that Potters has to offer. Relax in the beautiful grounds or one of the many bars. Take a leisurely swim in one of the indoor pools or have a go at one of the many activities including clay shooting, archery, zorbing, karting and indoor wall climbing.
