Itinerary
Monday: We depart the Travel Centre this morning and make our way east with a stop en route for lunch.

Tuesday: Today we depart the hotel for a visit to Holkham Hall. With a stunning location on the north Norfolk coast and at the heart of a thriving 25,000-acre estate, Holkham Hall is described as an exceptional place, rich in history, architecture, and wildlife. The seat of the Earls of Leicester, this elegant 18th century mansion is still very much a lived-in family home which the family take pride in sharing with visitors. The hall is an elegant 18th century Palladian style house, based on designs by William Kent and built by Thomas Coke, 1st Earl of Leicester. In the afternoon we visit Wells-next-the-Sea.

Wednesday: This morning we visit Cromer. Perched on the very edge of the north Norfolk coast, Cromer is famous for its tasty crabs, wide open beaches, a traditional pier complete with a theatre providing seaside special variety shows and is awash with small local independent shops.

In the afternoon we visit Sheringham, a traditional seaside town, which grew up around its old fishing village, and a few little boats still bring in the daily catch.

Thursday: Today we visit Sandringham House and Gardens, Sandringham House was built in 1870 by The Prince and Princess of Wales, who later became King Edward VII and Queen Alexandra. Sandringham House was once described as 'the most comfortable house in England' and has been passed down as a private home through four generations of British monarchs. It is now the much loved country retreat of the British Royal Family. In the afternoon there will be free time in Hunstanton.

Friday: We bid a fond farewell to the hotel staff as we head back to Hugglescote today, arriving back late afternoon.
