xperience the iconic Alnwick Castle, which you may recognise from the big screen as the location was used to portray Hogwarts in 'Harry Potter' and Brancaster Castle in 'Downton Abbey'. Adjacent to the Castle and included in your admission ticket is the Alnwick Garden, a complex of fascinating formal gardens all with contrasting themes, such as the Ornamental Garden, the Poison Garden and the world's largest Taihaku cherry orchard.

Farne Islands Cruise
We join Billy Shiel's boat trips for a sail around the Farne Islands, the most famous Sea Bird sanctuary in the British Isles. Marvel at the spectacular sights, including the medieval Pele tower, a Victorian lighthouse, and (hopefully) spot an abundance of birds, seals, and dolphins. Don't forget your camera and binoculars!

Holy Island
Prepare to enter another world as we drive to Lindisfarne and across to Holy Island, lying just a few miles off the Northumberland coast. Holy Island boasts stunning panoramic views from the Lookout Tower, in addition to the fascinating 12th century Priory and quaint eateries set around a picturesque square in the village centre. It is also home to an exciting array of wildlife, so look out for various species of wildfowl and grey seals bobbing in the water.Copthorne Hotel, Newcastle
