Exmouth is a lively town, situated on the east coast of Devon, where the River Exe meets the sea. The town is one of the most picturesque resorts on the south coast and offers a diverse selection of shops, places to eat and things to do, fantastic routes for walking, internationally-acclaimed nature reserves and unique cultural events as well as two miles of stunning beach that are a joy whatever the weather. Exmouth's easterly position make it the ideal base for enjoying the stunning scenery of the majestic World Heritage Jurassic Coast and the best of Devon and the West country.
Arrival Day: After joining the coach via one of our departure points or our executive Door2Door service, you will be introduced to your professional driver and whisked away in comfort to charming Exmouth. We aim to arrive for between 3-4pm so that you can relax before your evening meal and settle down for your first night.

Full Day Excursion: Today we venture out to enjoy some of the breathtaking sights of the world heritage Jurassic coast which offers areas of outstanding natural beauty some of which date back over 185 million years. Our first stop will be Budleigh Salterton, an unspoilt and tranquil town partly named for its Doomsday recordings of salt panning. Picturesque Budleigh Salterton has so much to interest visitors including a 2 mile pebble beach, red cliffs, a gently flowing brook in the high street and a fine selection of shops, eateries and museums. After lunch we journey further along the Jurassic coast to Sidmouth, a town caught in 'timeless charm' with its regency history and elegant Victorian architecture spanning the promenade.

Free Day in Resort: Free time to explore and enjoy your holiday resort Exmouth. If you are feeling adventurous why not take a cruise from Exmouth Docks along the river Exe or the Jurassic Coastline or hop onboard the Exmouth land train from outside the hotel for easy access to the delights of Exmouth.

Full Day Excursion: We journey north, alongside the River Exe to the city of Exeter bursting with history and places to visit. First you will be treated to an included visit to Exeter cathedral, one of England's oldest and most beautiful cathedrals steeped in history dating back to the 12th century. You will then have plenty of free time to peruse the fine collection of shops and eateries as well as the tudor architecture and heritage attractions such as Tuckers Hall, Exeter Guildhall or the city's underground passages. Mid afternoon the coach will take you to Exeter's historic quayside where it's combination of fascinating history and interesting architecture make it one of the most attractive areas of the city and perfect spot for afternoon refreshments.

Departure Day: Make the most of the wonderful food that is on offer for breakfast this morning. After a fabulous holiday, it's time to bid farewell to your hosts and Exmouth for your journey home, taking wonderful memories with you.

Please note the 6 day tour enjoys a second free day in resort.
