Itinerary
St Nicholas Fair
Step into the Christmas spirit in the historic city of York, where the St Nicholas Fair has been a staple during the festive period since 1992. The famous alpine chalets line Parliament Street and St Sampson's Square creating a festive wonderland, with an array of local traders offering tempting artisan products.

Glow at Harlow Carr
Let it Glow! We head to RHS Garden Harlow Carr for an after-dark spectacle of lights, with ambient sounds and enchanting light displays washing a wave of colour over the garden. See iconic features such as Streamside, the Queen Mother's Lake, Winter Walk, Doric Columns and Kitchen Garden light up winter nights with festive sparkle and magic. Warming refreshments will be available from Betty's Café Takeaway and you will have the opportunity to browse for Christmas gifts at the Shop & Plant Centre.

Harewood House
We also include entry to Harewood, a stunning country house in West Yorkshire. See the opulent house and grounds, all 'dressed' up for the festive season, with ample free time to explore the estate and perhaps indulge in some shopping.

Enjoy free time in the Victorian spa town of Harrogate. With huge open spaces and broad tree-lined boulevards, antique shops, and abundant greenery, it is little wonder that the town is a frequent winner of Britain in Bloom awards. Harrogate also boasts the famous Betty's of Harrogate tearooms, founded in 1919.
