Immerse yourself in the magical experience that is Chatsworth House at Christmas. Each year, the house is festively decorated with a new theme (2023 was Palace of Advent). Wander through the lower floors of the house, lavishly decorated with twinkling fairy lights, floral garlands, and giant Christmas trees, alongside costumed staff and the delicious aroma of mince pies. You will also have time to explore the 105-acre garden with light trail and on-site Christmas Market.

Bakewell
Bakewell Christmas Market - Enjoy a visit to the quintessential English Christmas Market in the lovely Peak District town of Bakewell. There will be plenty of mulled wine to keep you warm, entertainment and attractions, decorations, baubles, lights, gifts and a varied selection of stalls will get you in the festive mood. We head to RHS Garden Bridgewater for its spectacular GLOW Light Trail. Weave through yew domes festooned with fairy lights, stroll through the illuminated archways of the Kitchen Garden, and see this spectacular 154-acre garden transformed into a festive wonderland. There will be time to browse the Garden Centre for gifts, and tasty treats available to buy from the Bridgewater Café and the Cottage Shepherds Hut.
