We are joined by a local guide and embark on a coach tour around the North East, taking in filming locations for ITV's 'Vera' as well as Catherine Cookson Country on South Tyneside, based around Britain's most popular fiction writer whose novels are all set in the area. There will be various photo-stops throughout the day so make sure to bring your camera!

Bamburgh Castle
Enjoy a visit to Bamburgh Castle with included entry. Bamburgh has been standing guard above the spectacular Northumberland coastline for more than 1,400 years and it is believed to be the site of Sir Lancelot's fictitious castle, Joyous Garde.
