Crusader Holidays uses an interchange system, taking place at either Beaconsfield Services (M40), South Mimms Services (M25/A1M) or Thurrock Services (M25).
Here you may have to change to your holiday coach and we are renowned for ensuring that this is smooth and efficient.
The holiday coaches typically depart from Beaconsfield Services at 11.15, Thurrock Services at around 09.30 and South Mimms Services at 10.30. Some customers find it more convenient to join direct at the interchange, please let is know when booking if this is the case.

Itinerary
3 Nights accommodation with breakfast & dinner- Tea & Coffee after dinner- Welcome tea/coffee on arrival- Free time in Telford- Visit to Shrewsbury- Visit & entrance to Shrewsbury Prison- Porterage
Day 1 Relax on your way to Shropshire, with a stop en route in Shakespeares Birthplace, Stratford Upon Avon. Enjoy the buzzing town centre shops, Tudor architecture, museums and of course the birthplace of Shakespeare, time permitting. Onwards to Telford for your 3 night stay. DBB.
Days 2 & 3 - At leisure in Telford with one excursion. From your hotel it's just a short walk to the Christmas Market, enjoy the market's range of independent traders which include: Bratwurst, Gluhwein, Bottled Craft Beer, Chilli Sauces, Cheese, Bohemian & Wooden Crafts, Barista Coffee, Doughnuts, Indian Snacks, Burgers & Loaded Fries, Yorkshire Pudding Wraps, Pancakes, Gyros, Hog Roast, Caribbean BBQ, Pizza and Juke's Bar. Did we mention the shopping yet? It's awesome! The Telford Centre is packed to the rafters with 160 shops plus all the restaurants, cafes and cocktail bars you need to fuel you for your spree. As if that wasn't enough entertainment, there's also a bowling alley!

Shrewsbury & Shrewsbury Prison Diverse exhibits at Shrewsbury's town museum cover everything from Roman treasures to Shropshire gold, including the Bronze Age Perry Bracelet. Its Prehistory and Roman Gallery is free of charge. Plus so much more to see in the town! Shrewsbury Prison is an Immersive Tourist Attraction, that inspires people, educating, engaging and immersing visitors through a journey behind bars. Their mission is to preserve, protect and promote the history and heritage of Shrewsbury Prison, by shining a light on prison life from the Georgian era to the modern day. Visitors are given a unique prison experience combined with first class customer service. Shrewsbury Prison was built in 1793 and closed in 2013, with over 200 years of history behind its walls including the country's last remaining Georgian prison. Entrance included.
Day 4 Head back to the local area with a comfort stop enroute to interchange.
