Brussels blends Latin exuberance in its terrasse cafés with a cosy, comfortable feeling where it’s ok to coddle a beer in corner. You can feel at home here in an English-speaking, life loving environment. Though if you want to practise French and reach an unforgettable city in less than 2 hours, vas y!
