Travel with us to the very North of England with a stop in the historic City of York on our outbound journey and the regency town of Harrogate on our return.

Itinerary

While staying in Northumberland we shall enjoy time in Newcastle—Upon– Tyne, an
excellent city for Christmas Shopping and see some of the most iconic images in England,
the Angel of the North, Millennium Bridge and The Sage to name just a few. We shall also
visit Alnwick with its fascinating Castle and quaint little shops and enjoy a scenic tour
through the spectacular Northumberland National Park, venturing far enough north to see
Hadrian’s Wall.

Venue Information

As the nights draw in and the weather gets crisper, roaring log fires and a warm welcome awaits us at the Percy Arms Hotel in Otterburn. This is a traditional 17th century inn, now a 3* hotel family run hotel, which offers a high standard of cuisine and accommodation and will be the perfect base for our Northumberland Explorer adventure.
