Day 1 - After joining your holiday coach heading north via the motorway to arrive at your hotel late afternoon. Check into the excellent 2* Queen's Hotel, centrally located in York, for the next 3 nights. There ae plenty of independent and well-known shops but if you are all done with Christmas shopping, you may like to visit the grade II listed Royal Pump Room Museum (admission applies - approx. £4.20 pp in 2025), which explores Harrogate's spa history and houses the strongest sulphur well in Europe! Then head to the famous Bettys Café Tea Rooms for a well deserved cuppa.\n\nDay 4 - Your homeward journey begins this morning pausing for refreshments en route.
