Full Day Excursion to Robin Hood Country
Today we travel north to Mansfield and Worksop and then down through Sherwood Forest, via Clumber Park, the Sherwood Forest Visitor Centre, Robin Hood’s village of Edwinstowe, home of the 'Major Oak' and Old Clipstone, site of King John’s hunting lodge.
Full day Excursion to Belton House, Newark and Southwell
We visit Belton House near Grantham, a magnificent 17th century Restoration property (entrance included) as well as Newark and the town of Southwell, site of a splendid medieval cathedral dating from Robin Hood’s time.
