DAYS 3-5 At leisure with one optional* and two included excursions plus an optional* walking tour. The historical Old Town of Toulon, located between the port, the Boulevard de Strasbourg and the Cours Lafayette and is a pedestrian area with narrow streets, small squares and many fountains. The area is also home of the celebrated Provencal Market which takes place every morning on the Cours Lafayette, which features local products.
St Tropez, Port Grimaud & St Raphael: We journey along the beautiful Côte d’Azur which began as a winter health resort for the British upper class at the end of the 18th Century. Aix en Provence with optional* guided tour: This excursion is packed with superb scenery as we follow the ‘Route des Vins’ to the historic city of Aix en Provence.
