At the foot of Britain's highest pass amongst glorious Highland scenery, Glenshee provides a tranquil base to relax after some spectacular sightseeing.

Itinerary

Full Day Excursion to Braemar and Ballater
Over the dramatic Cairnwell Pass and down into the Dee valley - the area around Balmoral Castle so beloved of the Royal Family.

Full Day Excursion to Blairgowrie and Perth
Today we see the wonderful lush and rolling countryside of Strathmore - very different from the more austere scenery to the north.

Half Day Excursion to Pitlochry
Pitlochry, the "Heart of the Highlands" is one of Scotland's premier Highland resorts.

NOTE: This tour operates via Burtonwood Interchange, therefore clients travelling from towns north of Preston may wish to join direct at Forton Services.

Spittal Of Glenshee Hotel

A warm welcome and high level of comfort awaits you at this very popular hotel. The restaurant has superb views of the glens and serves a buffet carvery dinner with national and international cuisine. All 53 bedrooms have private bath or shower and WC, telephone, colour TV and tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel is on two levels without a lift but most rooms are accessible by a short flight of stairs. Two rooms are suitable for wheelchair users but access is via the outside of the hotel.
