Description

Nestling within the Eifel National Park, Monschau with its historic old town makes an ideal location for a short break holiday.

Itinerary

Day 1 Departure
Departing to Dover and our ferry to Calais. Travelling through France and Belgium on to Monschau.

Days 2-3 (4 day holidays) At leisure

Days 2-4 (5 day holidays) At leisure
At leisure with two included excursions. 5 day holidays have an additional optional excursion.

Full Day Eifel Mountains An excursion through the lush green countryside of the Eifel Mountains region with ample photographic opportunities.

Included Excursion
Half Day Aachen An excursion into the historic city of Aachen with ample opportunity to visit the magnificent cathedral and historic centre of the city made capital of the Holy Roman Empire during the Middle Ages.

Optional Excursion
Half Day (5 day holidays only) Monschau Join our optional guided walking tour around the narrow cobbled streets of this lovely town.

Last Day Travel Home
We depart for Calais and our ferry crossing to Dover, arriving home during the evening.
