Itinerary

DAY 1 Departure: A morning departure, stopping for lunch and refreshments en route to our weekend hotel.

DAYS 2-3 At leisure in resort with two included excursions. Whether its land or sea the Torbay and surrounding Devon landscapes are awash with sandy beaches, rocky coves, picturesque towns and villages and a glorious mild climate. Combined this makes for a fantastic holiday destination and what many of the locals believe to be one of best places to live in the UK.

Babbacombe & Torquay: A full day excursion first visiting Babbacombe, with independent shops and stunning sea views across Lyme Bay.We continue onto Torquay, one of the UK’s top holidays destinations since the Victorian times and today remains a vibrant and much loved resort.

Brixham & Paignton: Join us today as we head to Brixham a true fishing port with one of the largest fishing fleets in the United Kingdom. The sights and sounds of generations of tradition come alive when the fresh catch hits the fish market. This bustling town has attracted much interest after recently being the focus of a Sky TV observational documentary called ‘Fish Town’.We head back along the stunning Tor Bay to Paignton with long sandy beaches, first class attractions and a vibrant atmosphere.

LAST DAY Travel home: We depart for home, stopping en route for lunch, arriving home during the evening.

3* minimum Torbay Hotel

Your hotel will be allocated nearer to departure but will be of a minimum 3* standard in the Torbay area. All bedrooms will be en suite with TV. Porterage, welcome drink and tea/ coffee after dinner are all included and in house entertainment will be available for two evenings at the hotel.
