Itinerary
DAY 1 Departure visiting Oxford & Burford: A morning departure, stopping for lunch and sightseeing in Oxford.We then continue to the pretty Cotswolds village of Burford, en route to our resort hotel.
DAYS 2-4 At leisure in Gloucester with two included excursions. Symonds Yat, Ross on Wye, Tintern Abbey: Visit the beauty spot of Symonds Yat, in the heart of the Wye Valley, and Ross on Wye.We then continue along the Wye Valley to the picturesque ruins of Tintern Abbey. Our journey then takes us through the Forest of Dean.
Bourton on the Water, Stow-on-the- Wold & Broadway: This excursion takes you into the Northern Cotswolds, to the village of Bourton on the Water, voted one of England’s prettiest villages.We continue to Stow-on-the-Wold, a small but well known market town, and then visit Broadway, often referred to as the 'Jewel of the Cotswolds'.
LAST DAY Travel home: We depart for home, arriving during the evening.

Best Western Stratton House, Cirencester
The Stratton House is a country hotel near Cirencester, located amidst beautiful Gloucestershire countryside, set on the threshold of the Cotswolds. The peaceful Drawing room and hotel restaurant both overlook the beautiful walled gardens. All 39 en suite rooms have TV, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel does not have a lift, but ground floor rooms are available upon request. Porterage and welcome drink are included.
