We begin with Titan's VIP Home Departure Service™ to Gatwick Airport for your direct scheduled British Airways flight to Verona or Bologna and transfer to our hotel.

DAY 2 DOLOMITES
Today we journey to the Dolomites, taking in the contrasting views of lake and mountains.This whole region has a very Austrian feel about it, with its fantastic countryside, spectacular mountains and charming architecture, along with beautiful Austrian-style arcaded streets and outdoor cafés.

DAY 3 VERONA • LAKE GARDA
This morning we travel to Verona, where we have the opportunity to visit Juliet's Balcony, as immortalised in Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet. As testimony to its Roman past, the imposing Arena di Verona immediately captures the eye. We continue to Malcesine, also known as the ‘Riviera of Olives’.

DAY 4 LAKE GARDA • LAKE COMO
Today, we visit Sirmione, with its Scaligeri Castle, which still retains the drawbridge machinery and embattlements quay used to defend the whole southern end of the peninsula. We transfer to Cernobbio and the Regina Olga Hotel, where we stay for the next two nights with a welcome drink on arrival.

DAY 5 LAKE COMO
This morning, we visit the Villa Carlotta, which houses numerous Canova masterpieces and has beautiful gardens which include over 500 different species of plant and flower. We then take a ferry, across the waters to the splendid lakeside town of Bellagio, famous for the attractive Villa Melzi. Designed by Giocondo Albertolli, its magnificent grounds consist not only of a beautiful water garden, but also a Moorish Temple which is visible from across the lake.

DAY 6 LAKE COMO • LAKE MAGGIORE
Time to relax before transferring to our hotel on Lake Maggiore, La Palma in Stresa.

DAY 7 LAKE MAGGIORE • LOCARNO
We board the ferry in Stresa for the journey on the tranquil waters to Locarno. Here we embark on the Centovallli Train which, linking Locarno and Domodossola, provides magnificent panoramic views of the surrounding area's gorges, waterfalls, vineyards and bridges. We join our coach fore the short trip back to our hotel in Stresa.

DAY 8 LAKE MAGGIORE
We explore the Borromean Islands today. Of the four, Isola Bella and Isola dei Pescatori are the most famous, as the former is home to the spectacular 17th century Palazzo Borromeo and the latter, as the name Fisherman's Island suggests, still exudes some of its fishing village atmosphere.

DAY 9 LAKE MAGGIORE • MILAN • LONDON
Departure for Milan airport for your British Airways flight to London Heathrow or Gatwick Airport where our staff will greet you and transfer you to Titan HiTours transport for your journey home to your own front door.Duration 9 days, 8 nights in hotels: 3 Lake Garda, 2 Lake Como & 3 Lake Maggiore.
