We spend a morning in the traditional seaside resort of Dawlish, offering a range of amusements and golden sand beach on its doorstep. After some time at leisure here, we continue to Teignmouth, home to a bustling harbour, elegant promenade and Victorian pier boasting fine views across the bay.

Riviera Steam & Sail
Take your seat aboard the Dartmouth Steam Railway for a scenic journey along the sweeping coast from Paignton to Kingswear. We then cross the river into Dartmouth and join a tranquil cruise along the River Dart. Sit back, relax and unwind as we journey past stunning unfolding landscapes.

Powderham Castle
We include entry to historic Powderham Castle, where you will see the many majestic rooms and hear fascinating stories about the Courtenay family. During our State Room Tour which covers the ground floor of the Castle (accessible to wheelchair users and electric scooters), your guide will take you chronologically through Powderham's illustrious architectural history, from its medieval foundation, through Civil War sieges, Georgian, Rococo and Regency expansion, to its dramatic neo-Gothic culmination. All of this via secret doors, long libraries and even a hidden ballroom!The Livermead House Hotel
Situated on the seafront, Livermead House offers a high level of service and cuisine. It boasts a restaurant, bar and leisure facilities including two outdoor swimming pools, squash court, fitness gym, sauna and solarium.
