Itinerary

DAY 1 Departure: A morning departure, stopping en route at Geoff Hamilton’s Barnsdale Gardens (admission included). Barnsdale Gardens has 38 individually designed gardens within an 8 acre site offering ideas and inspiration to all who visit. We then continue to our hotel for a 2 night stay.

DAY 2 Harrogate Flower Show: Following breakfast, we visit the first major independent horticultural show of the season - Harrogate Flower Show. Take time to visit the 2 flower halls, home to over 100 of the country’s leading nurseries. Explore the Plant Societies marquee with exhibits and demonstrations of many national plant societies; admire the vast array of fruit and vegetables grown for the competitions, see craftwork, floristry, flower arranging and much more. A truly inspiring day for visitors of any age.

LAST DAY Travel home: We depart for home, stopping for lunch and sightseeing in the town of Stamford, before continuing our journey home arriving during the evening.

Ramada Leeds North

Located north east of Leeds this hotel offers a restaurant and a bar where guests can enjoy £1 a pint or glass of wine each evening of the holiday between 6pm & 9pm *terms apply. All en suite bedrooms offer TV, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. Guests are offered a welcome drink upon arrival and receive tea/coffee after dinner. The hotel has a lift and Porterage is included.
