Itinerary

The Ramada Plaza, Liege
We stay for 3 nights at the centrally located Ramada Plaza in Liege. Hotel facilities include a bar and restaurant. All bedrooms are en-suite with a TV, hairdryer & telephone and tea & coffee making facilities.

Venue Information

Day 1 Departure
A morning departure to Dover and our ferry crossing to Calais. We travel into Belgium to our hotel in Liège.

Days 2-3 At leisure
At leisure in Liège with one included excursion.

During December Father Christmas sets up his Christmas Village at the heart of the Fiery City in the shade of the Prince Bishop’s Palace. Illuminations, decorations, smells and music recreate the Christmas atmosphere around the numerous wooden chalets.

Full Day Monschau Christmas Market A full day included excursion into neighbouring Germany, to the picturesque town of Monschau and its Christmas Market, one of the most atmospheric of market settings. Wooden stalls embellished with fairy lights are erected all around the romantic market square. The streets and alleys are lined with illuminated trees and festoons for you to enjoy the pre-Christmas enchantment.

Last day Travel home
We depart for Calais and our ferry crossing to Dover, arriving home during the evening.
