Description

Staying in the town of Rüdesheim we call the holiday a “House Party” because of the additional inclusions such as a special drinks package.

Itinerary

Day 1 Departure
A morning departure to Dover and our ferry crossing to Calais. We continue through France, Belgium and Germany to our hotel in Rüdesheim. (Please Note: There is no dinner or free drinks on Day 1).

Days 2-3 At leisure
At leisure in Rüdesheim with two included excursions. Rüdesheim is located on the east bank of the River Rhine and at the southern entrance to the Loreley Gorge, in the middle of the German wine-producing region.

Included Excursion
Full Day Boppard, & Koblenz Firstly to Boppard, we then continue to Koblenz. You can take an optional cruise along the Rhine from Koblenz to Boppard (depending on the time of the year it is not always guaranteed that it will be this route). This evening, dinner will be in the International Restaurant Drosselgasse with live music and dancing.

Included Excursion
Full Day Moselle Valley A Moselle Valley Tour, where we cross the Rhine by ferry and drive over the wooded Hunsrück Mountains to the famous wine town of Bernkastel-Kues. Later we follow the Moselle downstream past pretty villages to picturesque Cochem. You can join our optional wine tasting visit to sample some local wines at the famous wine cellars of Anton Hammes in the village of Alken.

Last day Travel home
We depart for Calais and our ferry crossing to Dover, arriving home during the evening.

This family-run hotel is located in the heart of Rüdesheim, close to the river. Hotel facilities include a bar, restaurant and lift to all floors. All bedrooms are en suite and have TV, telephone & hairdryer.
