POTTERS LEISURE RESORT, HOPTON-ON-SEA

Hopton-on-Sea sits between these two very well known popular resorts, which makes it an ideal location if you want to enjoy some peace and quiet, but still have access to all facilities that larger seaside resorts provide, like theatres, cinemas and a huge choice of restaurants and other eating places. Offshore you will see Scroby Sands, home to the second largest off shore wind farm in the UK, thirty wind turbines, which make a dramatic picture on the horizon. Scroby Sands is also home to a seal colony and boat trips out to the colony can be taken from Great Yarmouth.* Wroxham and The Norfolk Broads - We make our way to Wroxham on Norfolk Broads. Once there you will have time to inspect the local crafts shop and tea rooms where you can spend a quiet few moments admiring the local artwork or having a cuppa!

* Norwich - Norfolk's country town is still based on a medieval street plan and has many delightful buildings and alleyways. Its splendid cathedral is well worth a visit but it also boasts a castle and excellent shops.The Resort, set in 65 acres is located on the coast in countryside but with the village of Hopton-on-Sea, just a few minutes' walk away.
The accommodation consists of some two hundred bungalows which stretch from the main facilities down towards the sea an our own private beach - some are therefore close to main facilities and the furthest of these involve a short walk - but benefit from being nearer to the sea. For extra comfort and style we contract Bungalow Plus chalets.
