Situated on its own peninsula between the Great Orme and Little Orme Heads, Llandudno boasts two superb beaches. The sandy west shore is quieter with miles of sands and panoramic views of the Snowdonia mountain range in the distance. In the afternoon we travel the short distance to the historic town of Conwy, with its mighty castle and medieval town walls. There are many ancient buildings, interesting shops and lots of activity going on around the quayside.

Half Day Excursion to Betws-Y-Coed
This morning we drive down the Vale of Conwy, through Llanwrst and onto Betws-y-Coed. There are numerous craft shops, a railway and motor museum, and situated on the outskirts of the town are the famous 'Swallow Falls'.Hydro Hotel

Ideally placed on the sea front, close to the Aberconwy Centre and a short walk from Llandudno's wonderful shops, the Pier and Happy Valley gardens.
